In addition to the leadership of Creative Services at LeapFrog Interactive, Jeremy also
lead Creative Strategy and Delivery for new business development. Over the course of 2009
and 2010, he served as the lead Creative Strategist and Spokesperson for three major new
business pitches – Ampac Holdings (Cincinnati), Texas Roadhouse (Louisville) and Kroger
(Cincinnati) – that won AOR relationships for the agency and added over $3 million to the
agency’s annual billings. In a previous role, he also served as the primary creative strategist
and spokesperson for a brand development pitch to Tucker Hill (Southern Land Company,
Franklin, TN), producing a major new business relationship.
Jeremy is well prepared to successfully lead a creative team in a fast-paced corporate workplace, whether agency or in-house. True leadership, mentoring and inspiration for small creative teams began in 2005. By 2009, direct responsibility of both fiscal and staffing matters for larger teams combined with the sustained leadership of creative strategy for complex client work had been established.
